About the Evmos DAO: Evmos DAO is one of the most unique DAO’s in the blockchain space, as we must navigate through both Cosmos and Ethereum governance. We admit that although we are not perfect, we are fully committed to progressive decentralization and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist projects, teams, and developers in navigating the DAO governance process
- Provide pre-proposal feedback to ensure that proposals are in compliance with the Governance Framework
- Help project teams and developers draft proposals that are clear, concise, and well-structured
- Serve as an expert in Evmos DAO's Governance Framework, helping to educate the broader community on the DAO's governance processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other members of the DAO to ensure that the governance process is transparent, fair, and effective
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback on complex proposals and documents
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized governance, with expertise in Evmos DAO's Governance Framework
- Experience working with project teams and developers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a decentralized, remote environment
- Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools
